Bandar Lampung University (UBL) is the largest Private University in Lampung
province. Each year Bandar Lampung University produces many graduates who
are competent in each field, so unequal amount of graduates with existing jobs.
Implementing CRM in the management of job openings is closely related to
building an integration of data and job vacancy information for college graduates.
Modeling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) website-based vacancies is
very important to develop, because the information through the website is well
managed, making it easier for alumni to obtain accurate and relevant information
through the website.
