(E-SKRIPSI) PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP BRAND IMAGE BANK SYARI’AH MANDIRI DI BANDAR LAMPUNG MELALUI KEPUASAN KONSUMEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Product quality and customer satisfaction are important factor to the company.
Because they give big contribution to the company. When the firms have a great
product quality of their product, it could impact to customer satisfaction then
their brand image will increase.
The research objective was to investigate the influence of product quality to brand
image by using a customer satisfaction as intervening variable at PT. Bank
Syariah Mandiri in Bandar Lampung. The population was 234.675 people, after
use jogiyanto’s formula the sample was 30 people. Data colletion methods were
using observation , questionaires and interview. Data was processed using Smart
PLS.
Result showed produck quality has positivite relationship to customer satisfaction
then product quality and customer satisfaction have positive relationship to
brand image. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, R= 0,3457 (34,57%).
It means that product quality influence to brand image and 65,43% is an other
variable that no use in this research. Then R of customer satisfaction= 0,4106
(41,06), it means that product quality influence to customer satisfaction and
58,94% is an other variable that no use in this research.
The conclusion is product quality a significant to brand image by using a
customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri in Bandar Lampung .
