This book is about systemic functional linguistics which pioneered by M.A.K Halliday. This book containing eight chapters: Systemis functional linguistics, psychological, logical and grammaticcal subject, clause as message: theme and rheme, clause as representation: transivity, clause as exchange: mood and residue, below the clause: group and phrase, clause and clause complex, and working papaers. The last chapter, working papers, enclosed to this book as the examples of doing research on systemic functional linguistics which are done by the writer.
